It is possible to surround yourself with like-minded people who can feed that part of you in RE that is driven, but you also need your friends that are your friends to enjoy life with and check the boxes of friends - fun, supportive, caring, etc.

I'm seeking information about Atascocita South Subdivision in Humble, TX specifically the 77346 area feeding into Atascocita Middle school. 

I've yet to do a deal as the listings off of the MLS are a feeding frenzy where multiple offers are being sent to force the price of a home into an unrealistic chance for an investor to make money.Auctions, direct mail, and just calling the owners of homes seems to be the only way to find appropriate deals.

People HATE car dealers for making a few hundred bucks but will not bat an eye for the $20,000 they pay a realtor to make a few phone calls/emails and add you to an automated mls feed, sign a premade contract. 

The lead that would of been exclusively yours is now a feeding frenzy for all your competition.  

Were you expecting that a creature who feeds off the dying be embraced with open arms, to be cherished and loved by the living?

To be sure, SFH is the route I am pursuing until I gain some experience with handling tenants and rental units.Thanks again for all your feed back.
