I am already reading the ultimate beginner's guide and I find it extremely fascinating and helpful!

You could market to two dozen zip codes to generate a large call volume, but that means you are not an expert in those zip codes, which is what you have to be as a wholesaler or as a rehabber. 

I'd focus on becoming a local expert there ... look at everything that comes on the market, go to open houses, network with agents, contractors, other investors, etc. who are in the area.

It may require the least capital to get started, but wholesaling... correctly...is probably the most complex of all the REI activities, because you have to be an expert in so many areas. 

I need advise from the experts.
