How have you changed your strategy since COVID-19?

From what I understand, it only applies to people who lost their job or had severely reduced hours at the moment due to covid and have no other place to go. 

Hey @Shareef Hood—there are some meetups still going in the surrounding areas, but to my knowledge the few CLT specific meetups that went on before COVID have subsided likely due to COVID.

Expenses not covered in PITI include vacancy, PM (include whether you manage yourself or using a manager because it is work), maintenance/cap ex, misc (office expenses, tax man, any utilities, etc.)Typically rent appreciation will help out the cash flow, but with COVID I am using -5% rent projection for next couple of years hoping I am being conservative   Good luck

As we've seen with covid, anything can happen.

As @Linda Weygant pointed out, it is quite possible to be a communication issue, made trickier by the Covid craziness and related disruptions of many business operations, including that of some CPAs. 

I have heard with COVID they may do a drive by appraisal, but I have a feeling my FICO may be an issue. 

Our rental market has remained strong through COVID.
