Still in two minds about whether to hold/rent or do a flip.

High achievers always move the goal line out anyway; so, tying your happiness to the end result rather than daily action can result in unhappiness along the way.Regarding real estate investing, add value...it speeds up the wealth building process. in the For What ever its worth category.. to me real estate is life.. its a life style.. there is no retirement.. not sure why folks get so worried about retirement.. you get your stable of whatever kind of real estate you want  sFR multi commercial  Notes  short term lending .. fix and flip  value add  MHP  storage spec building etc etc.. and you nurse them along and work with them until you pass through the pearly gates.. why retire even if you retire with rentals your still involved in some manner.. if I looked at real estate that way I retired at 18 when I started selling the stuff it was and is not a JOB to me its a lifestyle..

I don't have a lot of money to invest with, but I think I would start with mobile home "flipping" and/or wholesaling. 

@Brian Eastman @Dmitriy Fomichenko I think I understood him to say it was a SDIRA and he had only lent funds to a fix & flip at this point.

I am not a GC but I am getting into real estate investing to flip homes.

Taken some classes and spoke to some people, but the content I’m seeing from this community has been outstanding.I have a lead on two vacant properties that are prime for fix and flip in Washington DC; seller is selling both in as in condition.

Looking to quit my job and do flipping full time as well as rentals.

Also, I'm gearing up to move forward with my first flip I have a private investor I've done tons of research (Big BP fan) Ive analyzed deals (only on BP) after deals, i just don't know exactly were to start?
