People say RE investing is ONLY about numbers, but in reality that's just not accurate in my opinion. 

These three myths are exactly why people get burned.

It seems like more and more people are abusing the "service dog" rules.

By offering innovative solutions to address the twin challenges of high interest rates and low housing supply, BTR communities are reshaping the way people live, work, and invest in these dynamic regions.

But I think that advice is sound for a lot of people who are looking at shiny objects.

A catastrophe is a special situation where there is widespread storm damage to multiple insureds - not your average thunderstorm or windy day. explain to me why my insurance rate never went up after the roof was replaced then. people in OK have roof claims every 5-10 years and i've never once heard someone's insurance go up because of that.

There are humans out there that will happily share their experience, strength and risk management, find those people in your local market.

It is a bit of a gamble, but personally, I always get my own bids from people I will hire and either take a credit on price or have title issue the checks directly to those contractors to get work done as soon as I close.  

The lead finder is for people who have outgrown their organic growth pipeline.
