Make sire you surround yourself around like minded people on this journey and find someone that support your business and is concerned about seeing you succeed.

Little details like the shower surround already installed with no breakage upon arrival, and radius corners on the counter.  

Properties with high days on market, mailing campaigns, driving for dollars and the list goes on.

You'll have to evaluate the damage it's done in the surrounding area as well.
