If Warren Buffet Doesn't Drive a Lamborghani, Why Should I? :)
I was driving the other day and saw a guy in a brand spanking new Lamborghini. Whatever a person wants to spend their money on is up to them, but that made me think -
- how many houses could I buy with that $150,000 or whatever it is?
- Warren Buffet's a billionaire and his cars are nothing fancy -
I personally drive a 5 year old VW. I'd rather buy real estate than expensive cars that drain my bank account. I can see where a successful real estate investor or agent needs a 'nice' car. But I'd stop at 40 or 50k for an audi or something. I am pretty frugal. And you guys?
