Just want to know from experience, how much of a liability is to have a tenant with Pets, specifically two dogs?

Looking for bird dogs for hire in the San Antonio area.

I've had tenants that were great neighbors until their dogs got into fights, turning them into sworn enemies.

When we receive a work order it's always classified as non-emergency, Urgent, or Emergency.Calls first go to our U.S based call center who identifies potential emergencies such as leaks, no heat, clogs, etc. 

That's news to me, it seems everyone and their dog is buying or wanting to buy multi-family!

We got an email from a tenant asking if she can have a dog.

We all deal with these people and all I’m saying is that I have met more salty dogs in this business than kind/sympathetic that are wildly successful.

For my wife, two children, and my dog I will be paying between 2500 and 3000.

I would love any advice on bird-dogging for investors.Thank you in advance!
