Like others mentioned the SDIRA is a great strategy but you have to follow the rules or it gets messy.

However, we remain open to exploring various investment strategies and opportunities that align with my long-term goals.

There are many other loan products available in addition to Creative Financing methods that will allow you to keep much of that money in your pocket to get involved in more future deals sooner.It really just depends what strategy you're looking to implement, BRRRR, Fix/Flip, Short Term Rentals, etc...Have you considered adding value to the properties you're Acquiring?
