Hi everyone,I currently have an AmEx platinum for personal use for which the annual fee is $695.  

But I'm currently at that thrilling stage of working towards my first deal, exploring various strategies and niches.I'm here not just to seek advice but to contribute and grow with you all.

My current living situation is very stressful but keeping positive.

It is currently a tree farm.The area is popular for vacation home owners from Chicago.

Two of those properties ended up as LTRs which also made decent returns so I'm not a total newbie to real estate.So I've got three projects I'm looking at that will affect timing etc.1- My wife and I are currently more than half way through building a new primary residence house north of Asheville, projected completion in October.

I have been investing in residential and notes in the past; but given current market conditions, CRE is the more lucrative strategy, I think. 

I'm looking into Winnipeg at the moment, and was wondering if anyone here currently invests there. 

I thought about doing cash out refi, but my current rate is 3.5%. 

Currently, my tenant has an emergency, but she had to leave for work, so I'm trying to call and see why Latchel has not doing anything with her request.
