Thanks all, With current interest rates and housing prices it's unlikely you can pull all of your money out these days.

It’s significantly higher than my highest current rent (2-bd/1-bth, Euclid, OH).  

But my main concern is it’s nearly impossible to cash flow with current rates in the Northeast at least for 2-3 years post purchase.

I am currently in the process of eliminating all my debt (about 7000) and then resume my savings.

Got lucky on timing, bought right before COVID, started renting at peak rent, current tenants resigned lease to live there longer than we did.

I currently live in Chicago and own a 2-flat. 

I am currently trying to research what the best locations  would be.

One of the strategies that my property management team currently does to try to generate more PM leads is that we send out mailers to any expired and sold multi-units on the MLS.
