the financing fees, my client is thinking that he might be better off paying cash for everything instead of financing, but he’s thinking he should do it just for the learning and to allow his company to build creditfrom my perspective I just would like to know if these fees are right on point or if they are expensive. let me know your thoughts thank you in advance.

Take a minute and think about what your overall goal is and write it out like a vision board and find out what it will take to get there.

I like the BRRRR method and think I can use that strategy now with the 1 rental property I have. 

But even then the prices for new are so close to used, it is hard to justify used now.I find myself thinking that it is probably good to do some appliances used and some new depending on the type of appliance.

If you have experience with long-term holds on the northside and are willing to look at a couple of the deals I've analyzed and share your insights, I'd be very grateful.In the meantime, I'm starting to think creatively about other strategies - looking for off market deals, pooling funds with friends, etc.

yes, @Erwin Groenendijk:, I think banks are not as easy to convince for these sort of operations for individuals, but I want to explore all options like using partners (individuals that could and are willing to apply for mortgages) and other posibilities but using my company or creating one is not out of my options.I am not sure there is any current meet ups in Madrid, I have searched and not found much, I will keep searching... good to hear in Barcelona you have monthly meet ups.

Plus, I'd like to invest in real estate anyway, and think maybe this could be a good start?
