Hey all,my name is Eden,I have a business partner that wants to come on an E2 visa.Anyone have any experience with this regard STR?

Inspectors never give repair costs, in my experience.  

I've had bad experiences with two different property management companies in Columbus that stemmed from them not taking timely action on repairs that cost me a lot of money and also not identifying obvious things in inspections that led to higher turnover rates and increased the time that it took to get the unit ready for the next tenant. 

Construction funding options.I appreciate any suggestions from the group.

IF this was my property, I would sell the house and chalk it up as a learning experience.  

He didn’t do what he said he was going to do however and he toured all kinds of experience, that is apparent now was fabricated.
