Not sure if you would qualify for subsidies rather than a dedicated utility company, in some places you do not want to play the "utility" game, this is very location specific.It is best practice if you can have them individually metered or submetered just charge what they owe separate from rent.

My list consisted of 2 vehicles....a nice work truck like i have now and a car which is a nissan 370z. which for those of you who don't know is a sports car that can be had for 20k or less which is pretty humble considering there are corvetts and such rolling around town for 100k or more. then there was the house. a cabin out in the woods and a little garage. a few more odds and ends but that was basically it.
