Hey everyone, my name is Alex. I'm new to BiggerPockets and real estate investing, but not so new to the housing industry. For the last six years, I oversaw a team responsible for investigating Fair Housing/discrimination claims in Virginia. While I'm learning a lot of about the investment side, please use me as a resource on Fair Housing best practices and risk mitigation (disclaimer: not an attorney!).
