One thing that concerns me (before any research) about a full is the humidity, seems like we would need to install some kind of fan which adds complications in my eyes because you're all the sudden touching a different part of the house (I think).

With Covid and vaccine, this might be bit more complicated but doable.Also if I may suggest... these kinds of topics are rather controversial so I would also refrain from posting open questions like these in public forums.

Seller has a long list of issues it needs corrected, none are anything all that complicated.

It's not complicated to install, however, I believe your time can be spent better elsewhere than installing floors. 

These are more complicated because the Qualified Intermediary must acquire and hold or "park" legal title to the replacement property during the 180 calendar day exchange period.  

Sounds complicated.

ALL brokerages will say they do know how it works, but I can tell you from experience once the more complicated questions came up they didn't have an answer or their answer was totally wrong.
