I will be closing on an investment property this month and I wanted to know if it would be best to self-manage or to higher a property management company..

I'm not sure of the situation but based on the info I would approach this differently.

Do they have a lot of differed maintenance?

Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing heavy in our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon.

I am currently taking a course for a real estate license ( I know, different and not really necessary for real estate investing) for the sole purpose of commitment and telling myself that if i sign up for it, I am obligated to learn it, take in as much information as possible, and make a career for myself.

We are the buyers and it is being sold by a relocation company.

Does anyone have any recommendations for local investor friendly title companies in Riverside, CA that do both assignment of contract and double closing?

I think we're saying the same thing and possibly just have different definitions of broom swept which is fine.

The title company is charging a 5% escrow fee.
