I spent three years after college as a licensed real estate agent in the North Metro Atlanta area, but transitioned from residential sales to the banking industry.

Anywho, I currently attend college and live in the area.

I'm looking to rent a property to college students.  

I am on a budget and I've been building my credit back up (old college credit cards had been dragging it down).

I remember Portobello College in Dublin well, a friend of mine went there and we used to meet up for the odd pint in the Lower Deck :-)We are not as active in Orlando as we used to be - mostly flipping in the Tampa Bay / Pasco areas now. 

By your own admission the inspector only inspected half the units. 

Just last week I was invited to a real estate investing college that will cost $20,000 to teach me how to invest in real estate.

I am not sure about other companies since we had to go with All State- no other company would insure my rentals since we might rent to college students....
