Apparently you can just clean out this box every now and then to keep using it.....REGARDLESS it's violation of our municipalities code enforcement....So being the dutiful PM that I am, it's on me to find out WHO works on these type of things....What type of contractor works with dryer ventilation?

My two criteria I used for absentee lists were (1) Age 50+, owned 10+ years, (2) owned 15+ yearsMail to different lists such as probates, code violations, etc You should not just rely on direct mail as your source of leads.

I use a simple lockbox but you could also use  combination lock that had different codes for each guest that you can monitor and change codes Video WiFi.

That said the "professional office" status in most cases suppresses the parking issues (again see zoning in your area) A great side note is that ADA renovations are treated very well in the tax code so often I have no issues in getting all the needed ADA Reno's done under budget.
