HUD stated on the this extension NO MORE EXTENSIONS in big, bold letters just like that.

I am going to print bandit signs that I will put on trees as well on the ground using stakes to put on street corners.

Excel works great because you can then use it to mail merge into a letter template for printing.

I suppose I could have them print and fax the lease to me then pay with Paypal, but that looks so amateur.
