Cause right now I feel like I got scammed out of my $5,000 and it’s really unfortunate.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the insanely anti-landlord slant of rental regulations here in DC.

And it really opened my eyes to the nonsense perpetrated by these "anti-gentrification causes".We'll see how well the vocal few take my 5,000 postcards I'm about to send out that'll cover about 50% of the properties :-).

I am currently selling a house, suppose to close tomorrow but wont be happening just yet, in the final hour the bank called me out on the anti flip law. 

@Peter Kim you can always lower your second offer if you are really sure they are trying to scam you.

I'm definitely not anti-Memphis, I'm just not as pro-Memphis as many.
