The logic being that smaller units and shared amenities equals less expensive rent (not always the reality).Other practical ways to cut costs is for cities to cut parking requirements (Portland eliminated minimums near transit if affordable units are included, California is also floating this idea).

So easy to provide and list as an amenity.

I would suggest either find a community with nice amenities or if you prefer a single family house find 1 with a pool and offer extra amenities to keep your guests entertained on bad weather or break from the parks days.

No matter how much Aaron Mazzrillo loves this searing heat, 18 hours per day traffic gridlock and general overall lack of civilized amenities. lol.

@Sonya B.Hi SonyaGRM is a really quick calculation that does not take into account many factors, such as unit sizes, amenities, etc.  

We also ask for your tenant's email addresses so we can link their account and their payments to you.When you set up a new lease term you can just add the address of your property (you don't have to add the amenities or additional details if you'd prefer not to).

My idea would ultimately be to have a little tiny home community, with 4-6 of them on one lots, with a tall fence, and some shared amenities.

When I say attractive, I mean things like ability to turn commercial, in the direct pathway of gentrification, having unique qualities or amenities, etc.
