The actual dollars is tripled if you do it 3 times but the percentage will always be the same because you are talking about 3 separate loans and 3 separate profits.

Different limits and coverage can make one quote look better while it is actually cheaper due to less coverage.

Also, it was mentioned to cut back on the basement, I don't have experience in that portion of the country with SFR basements but if you actually trade dollars there, then cut that back and do the minimum needed.Hiring as many subs and acting as the GC yourself can reduce costs.
