I was wondering what you all think about the single family real estate prices for this area;Will they go up because of the hurricane damage to the North of us here in West Palm Beach?

It's the Wild West out there in tax lien investing and rules can be different in each state, county and even city (cities on mostly the east coast).I invest in several AZ counties outside of Maricopa county.

Hi Teri I d  lot of wholesaling in the Clayton and the Gwinnett areas but I have to admit I will go as where the deals are.Right now I have a few deals in West End Jonesboro and Snellville.

@Fred Dray  hard to compare the mid west rental business with the West coast.the mid west its common for about 50% of all SFR's to be owned by investors.So renters do not have the urgency like they do on the West coast.

Our favorite areas are peoplestown,west-end, East Lake, Grant Park,Cobb county, Ormewood Park, Capital View, Decatur!
