Price data, and rent value can easily be found on zillow, but market based data is a bit harder to find.I've been scouring the web for economic and city planning information (Iowa market mostly), but most of it seems like promotional material for getting businesses into my state.Here is the sites of been using to pull basic city data, statistics etc.http://www.deptofnumbers.com/rent/http://www.city-data.comhttp://www.bestplaces.netWould love others to chime in as well.Best,Michael

The last time I posted it was about the loan agent , this time it is concerning the attorney and the fact that there was found to be some code violations.To make a long story short, a couple of days after the contract was signed I go to the city of Chicago web sight and enter the address of the property and it comes up with a few things dating back to 2011 and 2012 ,I contact the "my" attorney and let him know that those things were not disclosed.After some time the seller make a change of attorney and the new attorney offers some credit towards repairs and that was fine with me.

I search for feedback for many company there is only people who report back the purchase experience but I am sure most people like to see the actual ROI return and how realistic with the cash flow they claim on the web.

@Bob Hucker  We did not have new wire run to separate the fan from the light so for now the pull chains will be used to start the fan but I bet they will be used only once in a while as our weather is pretty consistent.
