If you look at YouTube, Jerry Norton has a 10 minute video on ballpark estimating for wholesalers.

I’ve read articles and watched a few videos but I’m still confused on the general process. 

I would be very appreciative to chat or connect with anyone looking to network or share tips on the Kansas City market and/or STR market.

She never signed and then called the city inspector because I received call from a city inspector saying that the property is not registered as a rental and also that the tenant showed him a video of appliances shutting off and the panel is only 60 amps with no main breaker.
