1.3 land, 3500*200 build, 100k in soft, thats 2.1m plus interests, fees, etc, whats left?

So a carpenter I just wanted to give a couple ideas that I thought might spark some new ideas on finding good contractors.Josh and Brandon like the idea of going to home depot or lowes in the early morning and talking with those guys.

Good morning everyone, can anyone recommend a very good and reliable contractor that works in he south jersey area.

Really cuts down on the morning get-ready time.

I have reason to believe they had been there a couple of days as well (seen the guy there the last 2 mornings as I was leaving for work, figured it was a boyfriend).

Was it worth the late nights and early mornings, 16-18 hour days, stress, lack of social life....to me, hell yes it was worth it.
