The kind that I am speaking of is a product where you can use existing countertop, wood, or cut MDF or MDX any shape that you want and then POUR (as oppose to the sponged on product) the expoxy that has color added, onto your countertop/MDF.

Did serious upgrades by knocking down walls, installing new granite countertops and remodeled kitchen, put in durable LVP wood flooring throughout, and a Brand New HVACList it as vacation rental at $500-1000/night.

Some prospects remarked about the kitchen cabinets (wood look that some wanted to have painted), but there was plenty of demand and other nearby rentals were a mix of updated and out of date - so no trouble getting a good tenant.

Forget lost rent, repairs, evictions/legal fees, etc. if you have a particularly rough go of it with a tenant or two...I'm sure there are some good turnkey companies out there, I've only ran the numbers on the couple operating in my neck of the woods and this is just my opinion to get you guys thinking long and hard before plunking down your money.
