Wow, I knew Texas had high RE taxes, I didn't realize you were getting hit that hard in Ohio -though it will certainly depend on area, age, size, quality, etc. of building.  

I can't speak for every insurance company but I think Landlord insurance is usually a little higher.

More bang for your buck so to speak. 

Be sure to speak to your CPA...Hopefully they know Florida Tangible Tax

After all, no matter how good the marketer is, what I THINK I need to actually care about is the home itself, the quality of the rehab, the price, and, over all, the PM.
