A quick Google search turned this up:Some states, like South Carolina and Oregon, even require aspiring managers to carry a specific property manager's license.

Title examiners go back to search tit;e transactions back to the original ownership, unless the particular property is in a particular title insurers title plant, in which case they will only search back to the last time title insurance was issued.  

Should any legal question arise from your readings please consult with your in house counsel or locate an attorney for a legal opinion.

Mike,Cape Coral is a great location and to be honest its gotten a lot better in terms of sale prices and vacant lots.

@Rajshekar Manaliker Recommend you first figure out the property Class you want to invest in, THEN figure out the corresponding location to invest in.When investing in areas they don’t really know, investors should research the different property Class submarkets.
