Sept 2012, I run into Tax sale, I spent 7 months doing my research on this subject.

Once I arrived in my 20’s I entered the world of retail management and spent many years moving through the ranks of various retail companies, mostly apparel.

Of course, I spent 30 minutes in the shower cleaning myself, but I could cut that down to 15 minutes if I cover myself better!

I lived in Framingham for a few years when I was really young, and even after moving I still spent quite a bit of time in the town.

I'm assuming I'd be on the hook for the expenses and the lender and title company incurred, and the time spent, working on this transaction.

I have always spent a lot of time on forums and found the best way to vet people is usually the long way.

What is the extra time spent coordinating with Section 8 case workers and following through payments etc specifically for Section 8 tenants as compared to regular tenant paying the rent completely out of their pocket.I want to see the difference in time spent to work due to being Section 8 tenant.Thanks in advance @Eric Lightkep!

This is in no small part, thanks to a multi million dollar hedge fund specializing in FL tax certificates, but had no back up plan for when they actually got the property.You see, this fund spent millions of dollars buying these certificates with the intention of making a great return on their investment.  

Like what exactly the owner spent on maintenance, etc.
