After all that I have read and heard, I have yet to understand, concretely, how to find an area/zip that suits my monetary capabilities and that the market is suitable for fix & flips or BRRRR.I would love to hear thoughts, and get applicable and non-abstract tools and advice on the subject. 

Do the biggerpockets tools and services work in our canadian market ?

I also remember reading those categories and not seeing where the cost of tools went, I think there was a sub category for tool rental but not purchase of new tools.
