I’d open the account that doesn’t charge any fees because some of mine charge $5/month and others don’t (not sure why but should probably ask for a waiver as I give my bank enough money) and it makes me sick to think I’m giving them $60 in fees x 7 accounts per year.

If you’ve not done mobiles previously I’d suggest doing a few before jumping straight into mobile home parks.
