Hi Marylyn,Numbers look fine moving forward.First, I never give any credence at all to BBB ratings, meaningless as they are consumer oriented and, the good standing often comes from the membership fees and donations of the business, it's more of a PR concept than a regulatory type oversight of members operations.Principles on the lease are critical as to guarantors.

I am a very hands on person and well I get the concepts and everything very well I am anxious to get some hands on experience.

One of my favorite concepts from one of the Rich Dad books was that his rich dad was willing to 'pay the price' to have things like security, etc.

Mail fraud, insurance fraud, concealment and other concepts apply to these transactions.  

These are for vacation rentals that we did interest-only with a balloon at five years.Obviously this is different then your situation but is the same concept.
