Newbie-ish from Houston, TX
Hello All.
Just wanted to quickly introduce myself. My name is Kevin Edwards and I live in the suburbs of Houston near NASA.
I've had an interest in real estate investing for years, but have never really pursued it. I'm ready to change that. I did a flip with my bro-in-law back in '07 and sold it right before the bottom fell out. We bought a townhouse in 2011 as an investment, but moved into it while we did the rehab. We stand to make a pretty good bit of profit when we are finally able to sell.
That is the extent of my real estate investing career. I really want to do some rehabs to start with, but the end goal to have some buy and hold rentals.
I work full-time and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. I look forward to connecting, learning and succeeding!
