First of all, I'm not sure if you're aware but the city of Atlanta recently passed some laws regulated STRs, so make sure you're up to speed on that, so you don't come across any fines.Secondly, there are plenty of great accountants on this platform, but not sure who does cross border accounting.

Which areas or platforms should I look to get more exposure, and what is the most important thing to know as I start this journey?

Unfortunately, I listen to so many different podcasts I'm not sure where I've heard it but if you search your podcast platform for Enterprise Zone I'm sure they'll come up.
