Currently the biggest hurdle I am facing is I am not sure how to bring sellers down on their asking price.

Hello Bigger Pockets Family,I am currently involved in probably one of the biggest wholesale deals I've seen outside of those "Guru" videos scattered all over YouTube. 

I had been looking around and wondering what your biggest successes have been?

The rest of the country thinks we are nuts - and at times, I agree :)  I think the biggest mis-perception for New Yorkers living here is that uptown and the boroughs are not NYC.  

Florida homes are built on a slab so to install proper ac/heating you have to cut channels or venting channels in the concrete/floor you could come through the attic but that's not green and a professional would advise against it, is the ac your biggest desire to update?

I scheduled a time to look into the home and when the time came we went to see it... kitchen had caught a fire and is in complete ruins, there is mold on the ceilings around the place, fire in kitchen went thru the roof and they placed a cardboard over it but from the inside you can still see outside, critters have come thru and torn up the place, the floorboards are all crumpled and lifted, garage is full of trash, the land hasn't been touched for any type of landscaping or lawn maintenace, inground pool is full of sea-like-weed but the biggest issue that I seen was when as soon as you go thru the backdoor into the home are stairs that lead to the basement.

IMO, being satisfied is one of the biggest keys to happiness.

The biggest debate is what to do in the entry, living, kitchen, hallway and utility areas.

Biggest question for getting started is do you have the funds?

I've had a long-standing interest in real estate and I'm finally learning and taking the steps to making my interest my future.Long term, multitenant rental holding is my biggest interest by far, and always has been.
