Hello everyone, my name is Brett, and I'm from Pasadena, CA (Los Angeles area). I'm 30, completed a master's degree in Applied Linguistics this year, and worked in financial planning earlier this year but got out for some personal reasons. I've had a long-standing interest in real estate and I'm finally learning and taking the steps to making my interest my future.

Long term, multitenant rental holding is my biggest interest by far, and always has been. I have set a goal for myself for income from rentals for the next several years. Additionally I have some interest in buy-sell when it makes financial sense, but this is by far secondary. My biggest goal is to get together a small group of partners and investors, and have a well rounded team that to grow together.

Though I don't have much in the way of money, I know how to learn, and have always been able to count on my diligence and dedication. So I'm taking the bet on myself, now.
