While tax season has officially started, I'm sure as time permits, @Brandon Hall and others in the know, might be able to provide some input.

Here is the monkey wrench- the wife has dementia and is very paranoid, although it has not been officially diagnosed.

@Conner Franklin- depending on what your degree is in and whether or not you plan to attend graduate school (note that federal loans are officially up 0.7% today) I think would become a huge factor.

Still pending an official report.As I stated before, my tenant is really good, so I immediately sent someone over to fix the door on my dime.

The language means the buyer is accepting the property with any of the matters mentioned (when recorded in the official public records) that may affect the property.

Since I do not have an official in writing management agreement, I have to refuse it and tell them no to moving in a bit early and spending the night.

Or do I this through some more official way (like the LOI or PA, etc)?
