Hi Californians! My husband and I will soon be joining your ranks! We are heading out from Utah, in May. We're seeking warm weather, a closer proximity to Disneyland (seriously) and a commutable distance to LA (I'm an actor. Oy. Wish me luck.) It occurred to me to reach out to this community in our quest to find a place to live! We would LOVE an opportunity to act as an on-site property manager in exchange for discounted rent, or something of that nature. We own our home here in Utah and are renting it out after the move so we'll officially be landlords, ourselves. We are hands-on with our home currently (my husband is more inclined towards plumbing, and I toward electrical, but our favorite is overall scheming and designing - finishing touches and what not). If you're looking to branch into hiring a property manager for a property somewhere from Anaheim(ish) to LA, it's an experience I'd love to gain: maybe we could make a great pair! Thoughts? 😀
