As a general rule in Salt Lake County, the east side is more valuable than the west side with pockets occasionally breaking that rule.

You will not find a property manager that can fog a mirror outside of the West Cleveland area (44102, 44109 etc) There are parts that are too dangerous for property managers outside of the west side of Cleveland/Brooklyn area to go to. 

The main hurdle that many of our borrowers face are the income aspect of it, especially expensive markets like the West coast.

For my money I invested in Oceanfront in Bocas del Toro some islands off the coast on the Caribbean side.
