Amazon loves building 1 Million sq ft warehouses down here. 

I used Renters Warehouse to find a tenant and they were able to very quickly.

This saves on the energy bill since rooms that aren't being used can have a lower temperature.

The space has an office and warehouse/storage on both floors.

I'm a big fan of canless recessed lights with options for changing color temperature.
