Does anyone have any experience with his company and is willing to share their thoughts?

We have been self-managing another rental out of state and so far, it has been a good experience. 

Generally houses worth 200-300k rent in my experience close to 1750-2250 in AL if you can get section 8 assuming you have 3-5 bedrooms3.

Unfortunately, I’ve run into a major issue: I received a Stop Work Notice on my property in Covington, GA, because I didn’t have the proper permits for the renovations.I want to resolve this as quickly and smoothly as possible without jeopardizing the project.Can anyone offer advice or share their experience with:1.How to address the Stop Work Notice with the local authorities?

Also, our team has a lot of experience in working with Sec 8 residents and getting properties approved.
