It is supposed to be an unbiased, third party, assessing fair market value.

You can reach out to people in your personal network that you trust to give you a referral to an investor or someone else you can ask advice.Probably the very worst way to get unbiased advice on picking a syndicator, is to listen to what a syndicator tells you.
