I have tired with one bank but I am having a difficult time because the properties are under my LLC and the bank I am currently working with is combining my personal debt with the business debt and apparently the rental income might not be high enough to get approved for the loan. 

I realized the same leads I received were also given to 2-3 other agents and by the time I called the leads they were so tired of getting calls from random agents on a daily basis.

They get tired of residential tenants so 1031 into passive commercial NNN and get 7 to 8% returns.I looked at residential a long time ago and it just wasn't for me.  

Previously I'd done my own floors but I didn't want to take the time to do it and I'd gotten tired of trying to deal with Craigslist and FB "handymen".

I am motivated and ready to work for myself, tired of grinding for other people.  

I don’t mean to sound like a commercial..I just get tired of the guru-bashing.

Wouldn't you rather buy a new tire before one blows out to fix it?

I was laid off from my job recently and I'm  just tired of the 9 to 5 life and putting my financial situation in the hands of others. 

I went outside after I called the cops and both times the officers went by, they'd be quiet, so the officers wouldn't hear them being loud.They keep the lights in the front off while they're "hanging out" so that makes it difficult for officers to see what's going on until they get up on the house - by that time, they have quieted down long enough for the officers not to see or hear anything.I got tired of the 30+ calls regarding their noise not making a difference in how much noise they consistently made daily and out of a week - they would average at least 4 nights out of the week to be a complete and utter nuisance.So after being awakened at 2:35am and seeing their usual ploys, I went to stand where they could see me and proceeded to stand there for five minutes before they realized that I was standing there.The old man asked: "are you okay?"

The "guru" says making money from overages is super easy , just call people and make $30k and that he is tired of depositing the checks in his bank .
