Much of the rest of the town is dumpy, older homes on tiny lots, poorly maintained, ugly.

I'm hand writing a letter to the LLC, hoping that the owner would appreciate cashing out on the tiny house on the tiny plot of land (relative to the rest of the LLC's holdings). 

It keeps them in a sepaateacxount which Is good And I get a tiny bit of interest.

Hey All,Not that this is an airbnb but just curious if anyone knew what the zoning was for the tiny home hotel.

If not then I was also thinking of the possibility of purchasing a 'tiny house' and putting it on the lot and living on that while renting out the duplex completely.

School districts are average and household income is above average compared to Ohio averages.

Has anyone been able to build a non-traditional house (storage container, tiny home, modular,etc..) and have it pass under-writing standards?
