- 2 months later, on a whim I drove across country to CA in search of sunshine, but my jeep broke down in AZ and that was too much sunshine so we hitched a ride here- Got addicted to seminars, seminars, and more seminars (but not the 'run to the back of the room' kind)- consistently read at least 1 book every week- financial calculator junkie - I have 3 within reach right now and 1 in my truck

I will first say that I am a conservative investor, so someone coming from a different risk tolerance will feel very differently.I believe that we are late in the cycle and as a conservative investor I care much more about preservation of principal than projected return.Sponsors that got their start after 2009, have only experienced the sunshine of economic expansion when it is very easy to make money if someone is only halfway competent.
