Staying positive in a rough market.

Hello all! I ask myself the question, how am I going to close a deal in this market where it seems relatively impossible to find a qualified buyer. so I'm asking my bigger pockets friends. Is there something that other agents are doing that I am not? I stay positive, and tell myself there's always rain before the sunshine.
