Conevenient for my current time and career.

Hi my name is Alexandria and I was wondering if you mind answering a few questions about real estate investing. this will be completely confidential and it's for my class and possibly a future career.

As in every job, career, service, etc. high quality requires time.

But there are also a lot of unprepared investors asking for time from good agents without being ready to do the work.If you are an agent or have worked with a great investor-friendly agent in your career, add to this list.

I know this isn't the greatest time to get into the market and am well aware that Santa Fe is VERY competitive and low on inventory but my life/career is dictating decisions more than the desire to grow a portfolio in hotter markets (for now). 

Our biggest issue so far is to find a suitable property. 

So, the location could still matter for career growth.Amenities and Infrastructure: Can the infrastructure in these areas handle a population boom?

I write this as a career RE investor for 2 reasons: 1) Inexperienced investors might find a tidbit or two, and 2) that experienced investors might point me toward what is next for me.I bought my first rental property when I was 18.
