The rep confirmed that the W9 form has whatever EIN we put into the application.)I think it is a bad idea to move 401k funds to IRA because IRA has less protection, and subject to UDFI tax if you buy a rental property with debt.

I’m curious to see if anyone has any experience in this sort of subject as if it would be easier to buy a home with a building already on it then ask the township for a permit or if we should continue to look to buy and build. 

This could be anything from a Letter of Intent as a prelude to a purchase contract to an actual purchase contract with an OPTION to purchase for a small option price subject to a defined time due diligence period.  

I am thinking of charging a very nominal fee say 200 bucks for the entire year .. and have weekly webinar of different subjects.. folks can tune in.. they can tune out..

I suppose Building Science is not a subject of much discussion on this platform...

I have googled alot of information but it is hard to wrap my head around this specific subject. - how can i get a rough estimate on how much the properties will offset?

     @Bob Gruenig, what @Chris Tracy may be trying to point out is that if you are creating a LLC and bringing in other passive investors into that LLC, your LLC may be subject to securities law.The easier option would be to let each individual come into the syndication's LLC directly. 

You'd be selling it for about $200K more than you bought it for and that would be subject to capital gains if you haven't lived in it for the last 2-3/5 years.
